On the 26th August 2009 peacefully in the Leeds General Infirmary aged 87 years. Much loved by Jack and family and will be sadly missed. Service and cremation will be held at Lawnswood Crematorium on Monday 7th September 2009 at 11.40am. Flowers by request. Will friends please accept this intimation.
